Reiki is a potent healing method channeling a spiritually guided life force energy to heal the mind, body and spirit for the highest good. The sensations while receiving reiki include of feeling compassionately appreciated and loved, relaxed and free.
Reiki light referred to as “primordial life force energy" which flows through us by waves of light as oscillating bioelectricity. Reiki is administered by using the hands, eyes, or intention even from vast distances to induce relaxation, peace of mind, and spontaneous healing.
Holy Fire is more current form of Reiki that is powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. Holy Fire Reiki was introduced by William Rand in January 2014. It is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness as described by ICRT, the International Center for Reiki Training.

My name is Nikki Zalesak and I am mind, body, spirit wellness practitioner. Hypnosis, massage, reiki and sound are my primary tools. My focus is on shifting energies of clients, mentally, physically, and spiritually, so they can experience a renewal of wellness, clarity, and peace.
Inspiration for my work is rooted in overcoming a lifetime of intense ups and downs. As fate would have it my journey to health introduced me to the best methods and tools available to heal, grow, and thrive. Investing and believing in myself led to me finally honoring my intuition by answering the call to awaken others to their power. Expect a wealth of knowledge, experience, and compassion for those searching for mind, body, and spirit health.

If you're already a healer then Reiki is a powerful add-on to existing services. Give a healing, get a healing.
Will I be able to use reiki for me and others by the end of the training?
Yes, this remarkably simple technique is not conveyed in the traditional manner but is transmitted to students through a Reiki "attunement" led by a Reiki master. It empowers the student to access an unlimited reservoir of "life force energy" to enhance health and elevate the quality of life.
Is there scientific evidence Reiki works?
Yes, there are thousands of success stories of reiki healing mind, body and spirit maladies. In 2019 Harvard University published a study confirming the scientific effects of reiki treatments.
“A total of 1411 Reiki sessions were conducted and included in the analysis statistically significant improvements observed for all outcome measures, including positive affect, negative affect, pain, drowsiness, tiredness, nausea, appetite, shortness of breath, anxiety, depression, and overall well-being.”
Who is the certifying body for the certifications?

Is Reiki a religion?
The term "Reiki" is a fusion of two Japanese words: "Rei," signifying "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power," and "Ki," representing "life force energy." Therefore, Reiki can be described as a "spiritually guided life force energy."
A Reiki treatment is akin to a beautiful, radiant flow that envelops and surrounds you. It addresses the entirety of your being, including your body, emotions, mind, and spirit, yielding numerous positive effects such as relaxation, a sense of peace, security, and overall well-being. Countless individuals have shared accounts of miraculous outcomes from Reiki.
In essence, Reiki operates independently of one's beliefs and functions effectively regardless of faith. Since Reiki is rooted in divine source energy, some find that its practice deepens their connection to their religious experience, moving beyond mere intellectual understanding. Though Reiki is not a religious practice, it underscores the significance of fostering harmony with others.
Mikao Usui, the visionary behind the Reiki system of natural healing, advocated for the observance of straightforward ethical principles that resonate with the ideals of peace and unity, transcending cultural boundaries. Several years after creating Reiki, Mikao Usui incorporated the Reiki Ideals into the practice through a meditative revelation.
These Ideals drew inspiration in part from the principles of the Meiji emperor of Japan, a figure Usui greatly admired. Their purpose was to introduce spiritual equilibrium into Usui Reiki, emphasizing that healing the spirit through conscious self-improvement is an integral aspect of the Reiki healing journey.
To ensure the enduring efficacy of Reiki's healing energies, recipients are encouraged to embrace responsibility for their healing and actively engage in the process. Therefore, the Usui Reiki system extends beyond harnessing Reiki energy; it encompasses a proactive commitment to self-enhancement, culminating in a comprehensive system. These Ideals serve as both guiding principles for leading a virtuous life and as virtues worthy of cultivation for their intrinsic value.
Who can practice Reiki?
The utilization of Reiki is inclusive, not contingent upon one's intellectual capacity or spiritual journey, making it accessible to individuals of all backgrounds and ages.
Will this interfere with my spiritual beliefs?
Thousands from diverse walks of life have successfully embraced Reiki. Although Reiki possesses spiritual essence, it does not constitute a religion. It lacks dogma and imposes no belief requirements for learning and application.
Can I start selling reiki services after training?
Yes, though many people start by practicing with family and friends to build up experience. Reiki is an amazing compliment to other healing modalities and can be worked into nursing, massage, physical therapy, sound healing, hair dressing and hospice care sessions, as well as used for stress reduction in a corporate setting.
Is practicing Reiki a reliable source of income?
Yes, half of all my income from my full-time business comes from practicing Holy Fire Reiki, in addition to hypnosis, massage and sound healing service.
What is the pathway to becoming a teacher?
Once you practice Reiki I and Reiki II for six months you can take Holy Fire III, become a master with more powerful healing energies and become a teacher.
